Our range of bottom Fluted rollers are preciosely made in thread rolling machine that has opposite helix for zero axial thrust.  The rollers are made using EN 9 Grade Steel and precision engineering determine the quality of bottom rollers.  The exact circularity of bottom rollers and tiop rollers prevents yarn breakages and it can be duly interchanged.  the rollers are completely hard chrome plated that helps to reduce the lapping.  The rollers are available fo draw frames, comber, ribbon lap and silver lap machines.

• The bottom rollers are made on EN 0 Grade Steel, Opp. site Helix, High Frequency Induction Hardened (Case Depth - 0.7 to 1 mm & Hardness - 59 + or - 3 HRC) and assured with Eccentric free rotation,
• We maintain Eccentricty levels with in 0.02mm
• Each Bottom Rollers are either Hard Chrome Plated or Blackened to prevent rust formation.
• Optimum clearances is iaintained between Bore & Pilot.
• We supply Bollor Rollers for LF 1400 A, Reiter F1/1A, LRGS & TS 15 Simplex Frames & for LRG5/a. LR 6 Ring Frames.
